Returning customers will only have to log in with their existing e-mail and password.

DERMAdoctor offers FREE FedEx Express Saver Shipping for all domestic orders of $49 or more -- or upgrade to FedEx 2Day Air for only $5.95.

For domestic orders under $49, we offer FedEx Express Saver Shipping for $4.95 -- or upgrade to FedEx 2 Day Air for $8.95.

We also offer an upgrade to FedEx Standard Overnight for $19.95 for all domestic orders.

Orders received Monday through Friday by 2pm Central will be shipped that day.  All other orders will be shipped the next business day.

We offer USPS First Class International shipping for international orders. Shipping is $19.95 for international orders, and orders to Canada will only be charged $6.95. International orders over 4 pounds may be charged the actual cost of shipping. If this is the case, an email requesting approval will be sent prior to shipping.

Products are refundable within the first 30 days from the day of purchase excluding the shipping charge unless noted specifically on the individual product page. We cannot be responsible for actions of any Customs offices nor for reimbursement of any Customs fees if products are returned. Please insure returns to assure that they successfully arrive back to us. Please include the products along with a copy of your order invoice and a brief reason for the return. We cannot accept returns of products that are empty.
