Tease Zone

I have very oily skin and this has been my go-to product for several years. It works without drying out my skin, and is very lightweight. I do have to say that it works for me much better in the winter than in the summertime, as I've noticed that my skin gets oilier a lot faster in hot weather.

This stuff is awesome. You only need a small amount; each bottle lasts me 3-4 months. And if you use it over time, it actually seems to make your skin produce less oil. This is the ONLY thing that has worked for me...I have insanely oily skin. Used to have to use blotter papers every 2 hours to keep from looking disgusting. Now I hardly use them at all and my skin glows!

Tease Zone oil control gel is the best product I've ever tried for my oily skin. I put it on and my skin looks flawless. My make-up goes on a lot smoother without all the oiliness, and stays fresh-looking longer. I wouldn't leave home without it and hope I never will have to. Please keep this product in stock forever; it's a life necessity for me!

I've had the forehead shine in photos for years... this will fix it!! Expensive, but I use it everyday.

I have been using Tease Zone oil control gel for many years. It is by far the best product I have ever found or used to control oily skin. I apply it every morning after I put on my make up and it works all day to absorb oil and control shine. It eliminates the need to constantly reapply powder to control excess oil and shine. I don't have to worry about how my skin looks throughout the day. I highly recommend this product to anyone who battles oily skin.

Tease Zone works amazingly. I suffered with very oily skin and unattractive shine for many many years and finally fed up I searched the internet and thought I'd give this product a go. I use it first thing in the morning (after moisturising but before make-up) and it holds oil at bay for at least 4 hours, then I re-apply it right over my make-up and it keeps me oil-free for the rest of the day and evening. I take it with me everywhere and I have a whole new always matte face. I feel so much better for it, thank you DERMAdoctor.

Unfortunately, I cannot use this product. I am allergic to something in it--it gives me eczema around my eyes. This happens with a lot of products, so it's not unusual. I'm just disappointed, because I could really use what this product provides! Just know that if you are allergic to alot of face products, this one too may cause problems... even though it says its been allergy tested.

Please do not waste your money, it does absolutely nothing to control oil and It will not surprise me if they dermadoctor don't post my review on their website. I have tried many products and Tease Zone oil control is far the worst!!!!!

I have been using tease zone for four years now. The high humidity causes my oily skin to really shine and collect a lot of dirt in my pores as I am outdoors a lot and sweat due to the really hot weather here in Texas. I highly recommend tease zone to control oil especially when using sunblock on your face and neck. I love this product and would not be without it . Use sparingly and you will not get the white streaks when it drys.

I have tried many products claiming to control my T-zone oil. From cheap to very expensive. This product is the best. I don't have to touch up at all during the day. Not even in the mist of mid summer. This is when you could literally fry an egg on my forehead. T-zone oil is no longer one of my skin problems. The only problem I have, is that it is hard to find in my city. I have to order it from the web site.

Thumbs up on your wonderful new product! This is my new gotta-have-it product that I wouldn't want to be without if stranded on a deserted island. Clinac OC is also good, but I realized after awhile that it gave my skin an unnatural, pastey sort of cast - I can instantly spot any pictures where I was using the Clinac, because I look positively ghostly. Not so with Tease Zone - it is extremely light and natural, and keeps my skin looking fresh for hours. Thank you! I'm so glad you came up with this one: Please keep up the excellent work!

Really does what it says - I have extremely oily skin, this is the ONLY product that has worked without causing any further problems. I wash my face with MD Forte's Glycare Cleansing Gel & then apply a thin layer. Gets absorbed really quick, does not leave any odor. Leaves my face fresh, not tight or dry. IT WORKS! its that simple. Please give this product a try if you have been cursed by oily skin.

I have to tell you the oil control product beats everything I've tried, and I've tried many. They all irritate my skin; I'm so glad someone is making products that are free of perfumes and unnecessary irritants. I'm really impressed and pleased!

This absolutely surpasses all other available products. I've used Clinac, Lab Series, and Peter Thomas Roth oil control products and they all ended up making me greasy several hours after application. Tease Zone looks and feels like I've got nothing on my face and keeps my skin oil free the whole day. What a product! I do have one complaint, however. The package is definitely designed with women in mind; please come up with gender neutral packaging so I can keep it in plain sight with my other guy products.

I THOROUGHLY enjoy using this product! BEFORE: My skin would be extremely oily two hours after being at work. I would use the blot paper to absorb oil as a temporary fix, but the "ickiness" would come back twenty minutes later. AFTER: My skin stays shine free until late afternoon! I still use blot paper, but the "oh-my-gosh-I-must-wash-my-face-now" feeling is GONE! And, WAY LESS SHINE! OVERALL: I thought the price was a little steep, but a little goes a VERY LONG WAY...Also, I didn't want to pay a lot of money and end up with a bad product, but the results are well worth it! As a matter of fact, it made me excited about other products that Dermadoctor offers. Another plus side--the attractiveness of the product. I felt like a lot of effort was put into creating a product of quality! Thanks again!

When I received the sample, I thought, "Yeah, right." I have VERY oily skin, getting oily within 1 hour. Even Clinac O.C. didn't work that well and left a heavy feeling. But on the morning of my wedding, I decided to give it a try, worried I wouldn't hold up for photos. Well, I never even had to powder my nose! The photos are great. And it was incredibly lightweight under my makeup. I love this product!

I have tried many Tease Zone products. This is by far the best.. I even sent a sample to my sister she is now hooked also.

I'm still looking for something that truly controls my oil. I did find this product to be better than Clinac OC & BPO, but I still look all slimy 2 hours after applying it. And my doctor told me to try RA Lotion, which you can't even find anywhere. I would assume that this product would be very very good for those with combination or somewhat oily skin, but if you have extremely overactive sebaceous glands you might find that you have to apply it far more than 1-2 times a day.

I've used Mac, Roc, Peter Thomas Roth, Origins, Clinac OC, Clinique, and Estee Lauder mattifying products--all of which left my oily skin looking greasy within hours. At 41, my skin still pumps out oil like a refinery--but Tease Zone makes it stay matte, even if I apply water-proof sunscreen over it!

The product definetly work better than any other mattifier I've tried to date. But if you have extremely oil skin, like I do, be prepared to apply it at least 2-3 times a day. On a plus side, however, it does evaporate into your skin without a gready feeling. It's a good product, just don't expect miracles...

I have been using all different types of oil absorbing products for maybe 15 years now. I don't have combo skin, I have straight up very oily skin. Tease Zone has been by far the most effective, and comfortable feeling on the skin I have ever used. I no longer blot my skin throughout the day like I used to bc it's never necessary!! I am so glad I tried this product out! After years of trying out so many different products, this is the one! I have moderately oily skin and I use Tease Zone every morning to keep it under control. It does the job beautifully, and makes my skin feel so soft...I am very happy with this product and will continue to buy it, even though it is expensive.

This is the BEST product on the market. I've tried every oil-control, shine-control, mattifier, foundation primer on the market - from drugstore to sephora - and wasted mucho $$$ in the processs. I bought this after have a great experience with Exquisitely Light SPF 30 lotion. Like this product, no other so-called oil-free, oil-minimizing, mattifying moisturizer worked better than this. For those with Extremely Oily Skin like myself, YOU MUST PUT YOURSELF ON A STRICT SKIN CARE REGIMEN to maximize the effectiveness of any one of these products. This is my regime: I wash my face with DDF Brightening Cleaser (great stuff); I use the Clearsil Salylic pads for acne prevention/treatment (good for those with only occassional to very mild pimples); I use DermaDoctor Exquisitely Light as my moisturizer/sunscreen (sunscreen is a must); I use the Tease Zone oil control gel; and last, but not least, I take a very strong antibiotic pill twice a day for acne prevention and reducing sebaceaus oil gland production prescribed by my physician (products on the face can only do so much; if you have a clinical problem, it should be treated by a physician, not your Sephora salesperson).

This is quite simply the best cosmetic product I have ever purchased. As a guy, I am always searching for products with as little scent as possible, and as little obvious residue. This product has NO scent, and NO residue whatsoever. It is simply extraordinary. No one would ever suspect I had used anything on my face, but I know because of the wonderful feeling of dryness for at least a couple of hours longer than any of the many competing products that I have tried. As another customer requested though, an option for a different color (grey?) would be great. The packaging/container simply reeks of quality, but pink just isn't a good luck for the lads!

I am beyond 50 and have sensitive, easily flushed skin that is somewhat dry - except for an oily nose. My boyfriend even once made the remark - "I can always recognize you by your shiny nose." Wonderful news... Because of that, I decided to never use any product but than Cleocin or an equivalent and Metrogel(A/R) on my nose or chin. Anyway, with such sensitive skin, I was unable to tolerate any of the other mattifiers or acne-type products that I had tried. As a matter of fact, I considered them just one more product to complicate and make things worse. I even refused to try the Tease Zone samples that I had received with my many orders until only just recently. Wow! This a GREAT product. Not irritating at all and for my condition (obviously not as oily those described by other reviewers) it worked very well indeed. I use it on top of the Dermadoctor 2N1 for rosacea - a product to which I also succumbed and use on my nose and face, after all! There are many positive reviews on this product and had considered not writing - but wanted the staff to know.

This product works great before applying make-up or anytime during the day! I noticed an added bonus of clearer skin too! I have been using Proactiv products, which when used regularly, had worked well except my face was very oily. My skin was so oily and shiny that I was embarrassed to be seen. You will not be disappointed with this product.

Being an oily-skinned gal, I am sympathetic to the suffering of others with the same problem. Then came Dermadoctor Tease Zone Oil Control Gel. I don't leave my house without it. I always have it on me, and I will go back home to get it if I don't. It doesn't make me break out, it keeps my skin looking oil-free all day! I love this stuff!

Sorry, for the truly oily faced person, this didn't keep the oil at bay for more than 2 hours. My skin turns oily from the time I wash and makeup to the time I arrive at work. This did give me a couple of hours respite. Yes I do use the proper soaps, products, sunscreens and powder as my facial products. I have the oiliest skin I've ever seen - and this was only minimally effectiv

I have to re-review the product because quite frankly, I wasn't using it right. To get the best out of this product, I did my make-up .. then patted the gel over my face (on top of my make-up). Works like a charm !!! No oil slick on my face, it's amazing. Wonderful product !

On the first day I used this product I checked my skin after a few hours and, lo and behold, I did not have to blot the oil off. Finally - something that does what it says it will!

This is the ONLY product I have used for my oily skin that actually works! It consistently keeps my face fresh looking and feeling for the whole day! In addition it's very easy to use, absorbs quickly into skin and has no "funky" smell as most oil absorbing products usually do. I did find however this product didn't work nearly as well if I applied it under my makeup. Dabbing a small amount on top of makeup worked wonders! A little pricey but lasts awhile and is a very high-quality product. Definitely worth buying!!

I just love Tease Zone and cannot live without it since I tried it. It takes about 3 hours after I wash my face for shine to appear in my forehead and cheeks. But if I apply Dermadoctor after my makeup, I do not get shinny at all. I usually reapply it after 6 hours. This is the only product that has worked for my T-zone shine.

I have oily skin and have tried the silicone-based products before. They all exacerabted the problem by causing more breakouts. This product is fabulous - I use it in combination with the Picture Porefect gel and I have a beautiful matte finish all day long! And the bottle lasts forever, so the sticker shock is a little easier to overcome! Highly recommend!

I have really, really, really oily skin and I've spent so much money trying to find an oil control product that really works. (FYI, I've tried almost all of the oil control products sold by Sephora and I've found only one product that truly worked for me). It's called Tease Zone Oil Control Gel by DERMAdoctor. I apply it under my makeup in the morning, and it truly keeps my oil at bay all day long. No more shine or greasy feeling even at the end of the day! You gotta try it!

i love this product. i put this product on before i apply my make up. it really mattes out the oil where i apply it on my face. i don't even have to reapply a second application during the day. i highly recommend this product to people who has oily skin. this product really works!!!

Ok ladies..and men if they choose..this is the BEST product for oil control I've ever used. I've recently been going on a rampage to clear my adult acne prone skin(25soon) and I don't go to medschool everyday without this product on. It works great and there is NO..I mean NO greasy residue left and I have naturally OILY skin and the humidity in Miami doesn't help. It's a MUST. The spf 30 sunscreen works great as well(non oily) and the Immaculate Correction skin brightener also...I use all three every morning..and guess what,-- my skins clearing for the 1st time! In addition..I use dr. brandt's pore effect at night and microdermabrasion 2x's a week...and DDF's Sulfur mask 2x's a week too. Might seem like alot, but not when I haven't had a real blemish in weeks, my pores are small, and my scars are fading..FINALLY!! Thanks dermadoctor and all these other docs/their products! Hopefully I can follow in their footsteps one day too!

This review is coming from someone who has very, very oily skin! My skin is also acne prone. My skin naturally looks like a grease face after 1-2 hours. Especially with make-up. This Tease Control stuff really reduces the shine on my face. I wear foundation and I pat this stuff on after I apply makeup. I will now be hooked on this and will start ordering in quantity. The only negative I have on it is the size of bottle is too small. I wish they would sell it in a bigger size, even if it costs more.

i am really amazed at this product...my skin went from looking greasy to looking normal with just one use.i also find this to be a good base for foundation.this bottle although expensive will last a long time because you don't need much of it. used after sunscreen and still no oil slick. absorbs totally and no stink. highly effective and reccommended.also good for use in rugged south dakota winters....camoflagues dry winter skin and makes it feel moist without the shine.

I'm 21 and I have the oiliest skin ever. It's digusting--after putting my makeup on in the morning, my skin is already layered with oil after 2-3 hours. Like many other oily-skinned women, I've tried EVERYTHING in Sephora/dept. stores. This one (as well as PoreFection) works wonders. I only have to check my face 1-2 times per day, and even then I don't look greasy as I did before. PLEASE DO NOT EVER DISCONTINUE THIS PRODUCT! I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT.

I have struggled with oily sensitive skin my whole life and have tried most everything touted to control it. Whatever I use has to be able to combine with my other prescribed regimes of treatments and the makeup I occasionally wear. Once I was a faithful user of the discontinued Clinac OC gel. I gave Tease Zone a try per your suggestion and am a new devotee! I think it works better than the Clinac--it's lighter, smoother and smells and looks so much fresher. I'm a guy about the age of 30 and oily and acne prone skin has been my problem since I was in my teens. I tried many different oil control products but none of them works as good as this one.

Wonderful stuff! I received a sample of this stuff and immediately ordered a bottle when the sample was running out. WAY better than anything else -- including Cliniac OC. I have oily acne prone skin and use this and the Wrinkle Revenge 1. Wonderful stuff!!!

I've tried every brand available and this is the best! I even mix it w/foundation and it just glides on beautifully.

I am a 24 year old guy who gets quite the shine. This stuff is amazing. It works far better than clinac oc and it is effective for hours without reapplication. The bottle is a bit foofoo for a dude, but a secure dude can deal. I would suggest them make a bottle that is travel-like that would fit in someone's pocket. Anyway, buy it.

I really cant believe I have found a product that acutally does what is says! I have extremely oily skin and have tried many products and have always been disappointed, I purchased both the Pore Perfect and the Tease Zone, expecting to return them, but to my suprise!!! I will actually REORDER!! something I very rarely do!! Thank you soooo much DermaDoctor for these two terrific products, keep up the great work!

I have Combo skin with a Very Oily t-zone - I use Teaze Zone in the morning before the dermadoctor spf 30. It is so light and absorbs so well you don't even feel like you have put anything on your skin. And it really helps keep my skin from being too oily throughout the day. highly recommended!

I have alwasy oily skin in my tzone areas,not to mention acne all my life, but this product has really helped. I am grease free all day long. It is so lightweight I don't even know I'm wearing it. I'm also using picture porefect and my skin looks the best it has in 20 years (since I was nine!)

You just have to give it a try. This will become your new best product ! i had trouble with t-zone oil for decades!! this product put an end to my problem. this product is recommend for all skin types!! from young to old !! even acne and sensitive skin type. Don't be afraid of trying new products , especially this one.

I've been using this product for a couple of years or so, and I wish I'd had it years sooner! This product has boosted my self-confidence and made me more comfortable, so I sincerely thank you. (One suggestion: Please consider changing the container design -- the pump leaves too much gel at the bottom, and I hate to see any of it go to waste!)

Like anyone i was skeptical to use this product since my skin is super oily and i cannot believe that this product holds up the oil for hours and i mean hours wow if i had to give this product 10 stars i would.

I tried this product when my friend gave me a small sample pack.This product words awesome, except the oiliest part of my face, which is on the nose.everywhere else looks shinefree!

I have oily skin and have had it since puberty. This helps keep me shine free all day. I'm not product loyal, I try new things all the time. This is one product I buy over and over again.

This is the best oil control product on the market. My skin is very oily and it worked beautifully all day and I live in Houston. It is also great for guys because it is invisible on the skin.

I bought this product few days ago and wondered if it was good as described. However, I have no doubt now ..this product is very amazing . I usually use one oil absorbing sheet every hour but now I only use two sheets within 8 hours...this is a big improvment for me and I really want to share it with eveyone who is still wondering about it

I am a horse trainer and work outside and have very oily skin. I use this stuff morning noon and night. In the middle of the day when my face is nasty and sweating I can but this on and honestly looks like I washed my face. I have one word for this stuff AMAZING. Also love BodyGuard spf 30. I've tried so many oil controlling products, from lancome to clinique. I was so desparate to find a product that would control my super oily skin. This product does the job! I'm so impressed with the product, I'm going to try more of the DERMADOCTOR line of products. Thank you so much for this product!

I was very skeptical about trying this product, but I am so glad I did! What a difference it has made. My skin can be very oily, especially during hot and humid summer days, and this product has significantly reduced the amount of shine on my face without irritating my sensitive skin. My skin looks normal instead of greasy at the end of the day, and I'm not breaking out from it. I am pleasantly surprised and impressed that this stuff works. It really does go on clear, without a smell, and does a wonderful job controlling shine for hours. I will be buying more Tease Zone in the future, and plan to request some free samples of other products with my next order.

Read about this product elsewhere and tried it for the first time today. It's 8:00 pm and normally my face would be shiny, sticky, and really unpleasant right now. But it's not! It's approaching "matte" for the first time in my adult life. Five flasks, definitely.

I have used this product for about 2-3 weeks now. After all the hype and the reviews, I am not impressed at all. This product does nothing for my oily skin. I am back and forth to the bathroom blotting my face with oil obsorbing sheets at least 3-4 times a day. I was my face at 7:30, by 9-9:30 I'm in the bathroom blotting. I doubt I will be ording this product again.

I having been using Tease Zone for the past 3 weeks and for the first time ever my make up last all day with only minimal oil blotting around 2 or 3pm. My skin is usally very oily all day and needs constant oil blotting. No more running mascara, eyeliner or caking eye shadow.

What can I say, lol, this stuff is awesome. For years, my face was pumping oil like an oil rig in Texas. It was really bad and embarrassing. My nose can be used as a beacon of light. It was that shiny. Acne popped on my chin and nose daily. Thank God for Dr. Kunin. I combined this with PorePerfect and the results are amazing. This gel comes on contact with your skin and mattes your face nice and smooth. Another thing, is I have an oily scalp(I'm male). It was and oil slick up there. Every morning, I would touch my scalp and feel that yucky residue. The best way to clean it, is use free and clear shampoo. Let it sit for a couple of minutes and then rinse with cold water. Repeat if necessary. Pat dry and use Tease Zone on your scalp. Man, this really solved my annoying problem. Got tired of blotting my scalp with tissue paper. I rarely make comments, but this gel is a must.. Thanx Dermadoctor

I have always had super, super, super oily skin and I tried tons of different products until I found this. I've been using it for several years now and it works great. No oil, shine, nothing. I don't have to touch up or blot off or anything. My only problem with it is it leaves white streaks, but I find that if I use a pore-minimizing moisturize over it the problem is solved. Add a little powder and I don't even use foundation anymore!

but don't expect miracles. I, blessed with the oiliest skin that I have ever seen of anybody, still do need to use blotting sheets to touch up ever so often (twice during the day). But it is definitely better than before. I don't look like the awful grease monkey that I used to at 3pm. I'm happy and will reorder.

this products allow me to forget about my oily skin for at least half of the day, at which point i use blot powder (Mac Makeup) to absorb any oil that has built up over the day (which is much less than if i hadn't used tease zone in the morning). i don't use this product throughout the day if i am wearing makeup because it smears around and removes my makeup (i use Bare Minerals loose powder foundation). i carry around Oil-Absorbing Sheets by both ProActive and Clean & Clear but they tend to remove makeup also. i also love the feeling of waking up without grease caked on my face, as i apply it at bedtime too. i've also tried Instant T-Zone oil mattifier by StudioGear (work okay but felt greasy upon application) and Oil Mattifier by Mary Kay (didn't work much but didn't add extra oil).

I never want to be without this product! It absolutely delivers. I have been plagued with oily skin and large pores since the age of 16 (I am now in my 40s). I despaired of ever finding a product that would control the oil and give me a matte finish without a heavy coated feeling. This product does it - I wear it alone or under my makeup - even if I am not leaving the house. My skin feels much cleaner - you know how oily skin can make your skin feel heavy? This alleviates that. Tease Zone has been a big confidence booster for me.

I have the oilest skin ever, after trying almost everything on the market this is the only one that works. Usually after 3 hours my face would shine, but using this product it lasts up to 6/7 hours and even then it isn't as greasy as it would have been before. You can even wear this under/over make up! My skin is usually dry but it gets oily in the T zone. I use other Dermadoctor products and love them so I thought I'd try this, too. Let me tell you it is fabulous! My skin looks perfect. No shine after 8 hours at work! Now, about 12 hours after applying it just once this morning, do I notice a bit of shine on my forehead. This is amazing. I recommend putting it on following your moisturizer. Is a great foundation primer, too!

I've tried them all . . . I'm 50 and still and oil slick. This product works great under both my mineral foundation and regular liquid foundation. It controls oil so well I don't check my face in the mirror before I go into a store anymore and I used to always powder my nose and cheeks. I hope it works equally well when the North Ga. summer heat & humidity make me a shiny mess, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

This is my first day using the Tease Zone gel and I am so pleased. I have struggled with very oily skin since I was a teenager. I have tried many products but this one actually delivers.
