Order Confirmation

When you place an order on DERMAdoctor.com, you will receive an initial confirmation email. If you have any questions regarding your order or confirmation, please feel free to contact us. A final confirmation will be emailed to you when your order has processed and has been shipped.

How to Cancel an Order

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Any order placed before 2pm CST will usually be processed, charged and shipped out the very same day. Product Availability

All of our product pages display the current stock availability [In-stock, Backordered or Pre-Order]. We pride ourselves in keeping our stock replenished for the quickest order processing possible. However, items may become temporarily unavailable for a short periods. In these instances, our site will reflect this status on the individual product page and give an estimated time of availability. Please feel free to order an item that may be unavailable along with your other products, as we will ship the rest of your order at no extra cost to you (for domestic orders only). Back-Ordered Items

An email notification will be sent when an item goes on backorder. We will ship the available items for domestic orders. The remaining backordered item(s) will ship as soon as they are received at no extra cost to you. Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed. Items ordered through the Google Checkout option will be charged at the time DERMAdoctor receives them from Google.

Pre-Ordered Items

Occasionally newly released items will be offered on DERMAdoctor.com before they are actually available for shipping. The pre-order status will be noted on the individual item pagealong with the expected date the item will begin shipping. You may pre-order items and your credit card will not be charged until the item actually ships out to you.
