Returns

 

Can I return products?

Products may be returned for a refund within the first 30 days from the date of the purchase, excluding the shipping charge unless noted specifically on the individual product page. We cannot accept returns of products that are empty. We are not responsible for any Customs Office actions nor for reimbursement of any Customs Fees if products are returned from outside the United States. Please insure returns to assure that they successfully arrive back to us. Please include the products along with a copy of your order invoice and a brief reason for the return.

Individual products may have additional return restrictions noted on the product page.

To return any item, simply contact us toll free at 1-877-DERMADR or email us at to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, then ship the item(s) back to us along with a copy of your order invoice. Once your return is received, you will receive the refund, along with an email message confirming receipt. Note: Original and/or return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping

 

How are items shipped?

Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx. You may choose at checkout between Free FedEx Shipping, or upgrade to 2Day or Next Day delivery.

What are the shipping costs?

DERMAdoctor offers FREE FedEx Shipping to all continental US street addresses on all orders over $50!  A complete listing of shipping fees is here: Shipping Information

We offer Fedex International for international orders. Please allow 4-8 business days for delivery. International orders over 5lbs may be charged the actual cost of shipping. If this is the case, an email requesting approval will be sent. If there are any shipping questions, feel free to contact Customer Service at .

How do I track my order?

After placing your order online you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. FedEx shipments will also receive another e-mail with a delivery confirmation number on the day of shipping. This will allow you to track your package at www.FedEx.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship items internationally. Please see our Shipping Information for international information.

How do I create an account?

Click on the My account link at the top of the page. This will take you through our easy registration form. Your account settings can then be viewed and edited via your My Account Dashboard.

How do I change my e-mail, password or name?

These settings are found when you click on the My account link at the top of the website.

Why is my account not recognized when I try to log in?

We have found that many people forget their password. Click the "Forget your Password," and we will email you your password immediately.

Alternately, you may have signed up for our email newsletter but not created an account at DERMAdoctor. Go ahead and create an account, it will only take a minute [like all "operations" at DERMAdoctor, we do our best to make it painless]. Rest assured, we will never release any information about you to any third party.
