Shipping Information

DERMAdoctor offers FREE FedEx Shipping in 1-3 business days for all continental USA orders! -- or upgrade to FedEx 2 Day Air or FedEx Standard Overnight.

Domestic orders received Monday through Friday by 2pm Central will be shipped that day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day.

United States Postal Service Shipping Option: Allow one extra day for shipping all orders placed between Friday at 2pm and Monday at 2pm Central.

International Orders
International orders are shipped via USPS.  Shipping rates are based on weight and destination.  Exact shipping fees will be displayed during checkout after the shipping address is entered.  Shipping to most countries will be between $20 to $30 for orders under 5 lbs.

FedEx shipments may require a signature if there is not a secure location for the driver to leave the package. FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays.

After placing your order online you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. FedEx shipments will also receive another e-mail with a delivery confirmation number on the day of shipping. This will allow you to track your package at www.fedex.com.  Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail will also receive a shipping confirmation email, however it will not contain a tracking number.

A $5.49 fee will be applied for any shipment sent back to us marked "refused" or "return to sender".

Products are refundable within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, excluding the shipping charge unless noted specifically on the individual product page. We cannot be responsible for actions of any Customs offices nor for reimbursement of any Customs fees if products are returned. Please insure returns to assure that they successfully arrive back to us. Please include the products along with a copy of your order invoice and a brief reason for the return.

Tracking Your Order

FedEx ExpressAll FedEx shipments will have an assigned tracking number, which will be emailed to you with your final email confirmation. Track your package conveniently online at: www.fedex.com.

International orders, including Canada, are shipped via USPS First Class International. There is no specific tracking number assigned to USPS First Class International that we can send you.  For more details on international orders please see International Shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

Products that have been designated as ORM-D by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) can only be shipped within the Continental United States.

Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transport. However, the DOT prohibits air shipment of this item. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it in compliance with DOT rules. That's why we require ground-only delivery, at our Standard Shipping rate, for orders containing DOT-restricted products.

**DERMAdoctor cannot ship DOT-restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii or military addresses.

International orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees based upon each specific Country's regulations. We cannot be responsible for these actions nor for reimbursement of any Customs fees if products are returned.

All international orders, including Canada, that are shipped via USPS First Class International do not have a specific tracking number assigned that we can send you. USPS First Class International shipments are typically delivered in a timely manner. For Canadian Orders, Please allow 7-14 days for routine delivery. All other International orders, please allow 14-30 days for delivery. Sometimes individual countries may hold up packages in their Customs for as long as 30 days. For all USPS First Class International orders, including Canada, we ask that you please check with your local post office if your item is not received within the time frame mentioned above.If your local post office cannot locate the package and it has been past 30-days from the date of purchase, please contact us via e-mail: .

Please note: items returned to us marked "Refused", "Unclaimed", "Unknown" or "Incorrect Address" are subject to an additional return shipping fee equal to the cost of the original shipping fee.

International Product Restrictions

There are some instances in international shipping where a customs department may regulate what is brought into the country.
