Little Red Dress is a liquid. It comes in a bottle with a brush tip applicator. You pull the lid out of the bottle, and gently wipe off the access product on the sides of the inside opening of the bottle. Apply a small amount of Little Red Dress to the center of the area you would like to see the color. Quickly rub in the color to the area using small circular motions until blended. Apply to the other cheek. Little Red Dress may also be painted onto the lips. It is best to use a small amount and gradually apply more to acheive the desired depth of color. You are welcome to layer your regular blush and/or lip stick or lip gloss on top of Little Red Dress if desired.
