How do I apply Eye Spy?

Why can't I get my product to come out?
When Eye Spy is used for the first time, the push-button pen pump needs to be primed. You can prime your pump by clicking repeatedly until the product dispenses. Once the pump is primed, you only need to click 2-3 times between applications.
Eye Spy seems to ball up and not offer much coverage. Am I doing something wrong?
Eye Spy only balls up if applied on top of an eye cream. Eye Spy is an eye cream first and a concealer second. Therefore, it is not necessary to apply a first layer eye cream. It works best when blended with a sponge. Keep in mind, it is not spackle-like and should only provide a light corrective concealer coverage.
How long before I start to see results?

How much should I apply on each eye?
