KP Duty

Over and above the product's efficacy, I love this product because of its texture and absolute lack of fragrance/aroma. There are other products intended to address KP. In fact, you can purchase them also from this site. Having tried them first, I can attest that many leave an oily sheen and tend to be irritating. Additionally, they have a medicinal aroma - even if they are free of perfume(blech). This product is a good example of how Dr. Kunin has greatly improved on products intended to serve the same purpose. I give it 4 flasks only because I wish it were a little less expensive. Nevertheless - I'll keep purchasing it! This is great, I use it on my feet and back of my arms, which are improving!

I am 15 years old and have recently lost a lot of weight. No longer am I self conscious to wear a bathing suit because of my weight, but the new issue is my KP. At school, one of my classmates took the initiative to remind me of it, too. "You have a really bad rash on your arms!" he would say, taking my arm in his hand and pointing it out to the people around us. I wanted to say "Yeah thank you, I didn't notice it ALL BY MYSELF!" but I was so embarassed that all I wanted to do was change the subject. I had also developed a habit of 'picking' at the bumps on my arms and legs, leaving them worse than they had been originally. Finally I had had enough. I found KP Duty online and convinced my mom, who also has KP, to buy it. She was a bit skeptical about the price but after the speedy delivery and less than a week of use, we both agreed that we had noticed a great improvement. I cannot express how greatful I am to have found this product! I have a few friends who also suffer from KP and I have already recommended it to them. I have suffered from severe KP for my whole life. This is the only product I have ever tried that actually works - and works well! No scrubbing, no trips to the pharmacy, no mixing products at home - it's almost too easy! I have been using it for a month and my skin has never looked better! FYI - Using twice a day on my arms, one tube has lasted me about a month

I have keratosis pilaris on the backs of my arms and have never had luck treating it. I thought I'd give this product a try, but alas, no change. It is a very good heavy moisturizer, and is very good for elbows and other dry patches.

i just received it 3 days ago and I can already see and feel the difference. My back of my arm feels smoother and the redness has died down. Overall, this is the best product I have used for my KP. Thanks dermadr!

The first time I used this I thought "WOW!" Things seemed to clear up immediately. I used up the first tube and ordered the second. Now I'm beginning to see the bumps again, not sure if this is just a phase or a backward trend. I'll keep using it until it's gone and report back. Also, I love the tube container, but I wish it was a different color from the other DERMAdoctor products such as bodyGuard. In the confusion of getting reading in the morning I have often ended up with KP duty on my face!

I HAD SEVERE KP ON MY ARMS LEGS & BUT. I WAS SO EMBARASED BY IT I WOULD BEG MY MOM NOT TO TAKE ME PLACES. I ALSO "PICKED" AT MY ARMS& LEGS.I NEVER THOUGHT IT WOULD WORK BUT I BOUGHT IT ANY WAY. I PUT SOM ON AT NIGHT & WHEN I WOKE UP THE KP WAS ALMOST ALL GONE !!! THIS IS AN AMAZING CREAM!!!!ITS REALY EXPENSIVE BUT ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY.THANK YOU SSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

When I bought the cream, I told myself I would give it until I have used it all to make up my mind. I applied it twice a day per the directions. Well, I have used the whole tube of lotion and I have not noticed any changes at all.

I have had "chicken skin" as far back as I can remember. I was always asked about my arms or teased by the bumps and redness. I have tried scrubs, washes, and those little stones to try and get rid of my "chicken skin" and nothing worked. Then one day I called my mom after I got home from school and she said she bought me a product for my arms. I thought it was going to be another scrub and another waste of time and money. Boy was I wrong!! When I opened my package on Thursday I saw that it was... a lotion? How in the world was this supposed to work?!? I gave it a try anyway not wanting to let my mother down. It is now Saturday and my skin is very smooth. I still have a small amount of redness but I can not believe that in only 3 days my skin is looking and feeling better. Never will I go back to harsh scrubs and washes!

I don't know if it's just because I have severe KP that is spread widely or if I'm putting this on too heavily but one tube of this only lasted me one week. I do have to say that I did notice a decrease in my KP just after 3 days. It's only been one week now and I've ordered one other tube just to see if there is any further change. I want to continue and see if I have the same results as others in 3 to 6 weeks but I just cannot afford to pay $160 per month for this!! I really wanted to try it for my daughter's sake since she was born with KP (I've had it for 20 years...since age 7). Her KP is limited right now (only on one arm and one leg) so maybe I could afford to use this product on just her. But mine is on the front and back of my thighs, completely covers my arms from shoulder to wrist and even on my calves. I will post another review after I finish with the second tube (which I'm guessing won't take more than a week).
