Ain't Misbehavin' sulfur acne mask

Ain't Misbehavin' sulfur acne mask

Well, first, I have to qualify that the key to all skincare is to use the same brand/product line for your skincare because they're all designed to work together and that delivers the best results. So, when I try a new product line, I try the line - not just one individual thing, so I feel a little weird posting a review for just one product (I guess I'll post this on the other products I'm using too). Anyway, oddly enough I read about DermaDoctor in a Jezabel article about adult onset cystic acne. I was curious and hopped on over to the website.

I've tried TONS of other product lines and brands since my once zit-free skin turned into a nightmare of cystic acne at 25 years old (seriously! Not a teenager. Why was this happening?!). 6 years later, I still hadn't found anything that helped THAT much. My doctor put me on a clinical anti-cyst topical gel. It helped, but not that much and turned my skin into a greasy mess. I decided to give this a try. I got the Ain't Misbehavin' cleaser, the Ain't Misbehavin' serum, and this face mask. My skin started improving noticeably. I decided to add the Litmus test toner and Litmus test facial moisturizer and WOW. My skin hasn't looked this good well. . . ever.

Even back in my younger days when I didn't get acne, I ALWAYS had stubborn blackheads on my nose that I'd resigned to managing with a combo of attacking them once a week with a blackhead remover and covering them with makeup. They are GONE. I couldn't believe it. After all these years, no blackheads! And, no acne!!! Anyway, I've read some reviews about miraculous overnight results. Skincare doesn't work that way. It usually takes between 6-12 weeks to really start seeing results. I will say that I noticed improvement within the first week, and now 8 weeks later, my face is clear and (dare I use a cliche?) my complexion is luminous. Even my boyfriend commented on how great my skin looks, and he doesn't usually notice things like that. This stuff is not cheap, but at least in my case, it is worth every penny. If you're like me and your skin suddenly decided to revert to its teenage years well into adulthood, I'd say do yourself a favor and try these products!
