Welcome to DERMAdollar Reward Points, a customer loyalty program which rewards you with credit towards future purchases at DERMAdoctor.  Our web site will keep track of how many DERMAdollars you have earned and may spend. You can earn DERMAdollar Reward Points for purchases you make on the site.

Once you register you will be able to earn and accrue DERMAdollar Reward Points, which are then redeemable at time of purchase towards the cost of your order. DERMAdollars are an added bonus to your shopping experience on the site and just one of the ways we thank you for being a loyal DERMAdoctor customer.

Earning DERMAdollar Reward Points

DERMAdollar Reward Points can currently be earned for the following actions:

• Making purchases: Every time you make a purchase you earn DERMAdollar Reward Points based on the price of products purchased. You're account will be credited with DERMAdollars worth 5% of the amount you spend. For every $20 increment you spend you will receive 1 DERMAdollar Reward Point. It's that simple.
• Note: Reward points cannot be used as 100% payment for Auto-delivery orders.

Redeeming DERMAdollars

You can redeem your DERMAdollars at checkout. The option to use DERMAdollars, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent of this balance, will be shown to you in the Payment Method area of the checkout. Redeemable DERMAdollar Reward Points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards and more.  Reward Points can not be redemmed when using Paypal Checkout.

Redemption Terms:

• DERMAdollar Reward Points expire 90 days after the date of issuance and are non-transferable.
• DERMAdollar Reward Points are only redeemable to individuals who make purchases on our website.
• DERMAdollars cannot be credited back once spent even if you return an item or items.
• DERMAdoctor.com reserves the right to change our DERMAdollar Reward Points rules and conversion rate at any time. If we suspect fraud or what we feel are program abuses, your account and DERMAdollars may be disqualified and terminated for future use and redemption.

Note: You can sign up to receive email notifications each time your balance changes when you either earn, redeem or lose DERMAdollars, as well as DERMAdollar Reward Points expiration notifications. This option is found in the Reward Points section of the My Account area.

DERMAdollar Reward Points Exchange Rates

The value of a DERMAdollar Reward Point is determined by an exchange rate of both currency spent on products to DERMAdollars, and an exchange rate of DERMAdollars earned to currency for spending on future purchases. The current conversion rate is 1 (One) DERMAdollar Reward Point = $1 USD.

Managing Your DERMAdollar Reward Points

You have the ability to view and manage your DERMAdollar Reward Points through your Customer Account. From your account you will be able to view your total DERMAdollars (and currency equivalent), and a cumulative history of DERMAdollars acquired, redeemed and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding DERMAdollar Reward Points, including expiration notifications.
